2.2 release planning #371

This is the planning for the 2.2 release. I was hoping to make the release before the end of the April but I think it's important to have a short window for a string freeze so that translations can been updated.

String freeze: Tuesday 30 April 2019 Release date: Tuesday 07 May 2019

Please add a comment on this issue if there's a problem with these dates.

@claudep @MarkusH Are either of you available on 7 May to pull in the updated translations from Transifex?
