Remove "Django-powered Sites" from Community sections #1470

The djangosites.org website was shut down last week with the article "Farewell, Djangosites".

I think we can remove the link "Django-powered Sites" link from the Community page or other pages on the website.

We can also consider replacing the link with another one, but I asked the community for suggestions in the forum thread: Replace “Django-powered Sites” link in Community sections

I've addressed this issue in pull request #1471, which removes the deprecated "Django-powered Sites" link from the Community page following the shutdown of djangosites.org. The pull request also takes into account community suggestions from the related forum thread.

Please review the changes, and any feedback is highly appreciated.
