Here's what I know of:

OG/CFP

May 15: application window closes
June 28: speakers and OG recipients notified
July 15: Talks announced
July 31: schedule announced
August (various): keynotes announced

Main conference

September 15: hotel room group rate closes
Oct 8: online tutorials
Oct 16-18: talks at the convention center
Oct 19-20: sprints

Here's what I'm less sure about:

Tickets

March 15: early bird tickets go live
July 15: early bird tickets close
September 23: deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt with your ticket
October 9: deadline to buy in-person tickets

If @cholmes5 is good with those ticket dates (I totally guessed at these), then I think we have everything that matches their list. We don't have a need for a childcare deadline AFAIK.
