Remove 2022 schedule #140

Description

  1. Fixes the dates on /schedule/
  2. Hides /schedule/ from the sitemap (it's currently accessible via Google)
  3. Remove 2022's talks from the schedule (thanks to Elizabeth Christensen for pointing that out)
  4. Minor reformatting of the schedule page's HTML
  5. Updates the room names so they match the formatting (NOTE: depending on the outcome of venue discussions, the grand ballroom partitioning may move to using I-II for lunch and III for talks, but we can do a string replacement later)
