✏️ Update venue page to reflect the room block being almost sold out #192

Description

  1. VS code insisted upon reformatting the venue page. I didn't have the patience to tell it no.
  2. Exposes details about the room block being almost sold out
  3. Updates the nearby hotel rates and replaces the Durham Hotel with the 21c because the Durham Hotel wants $630 for Wednesday night
