Update the recap page for 2023.

Changes:

Include side by side photo of Bartek
Change the colors for the social media icons for better contrast
Broke down the ticket types a bit

Remaining tasks:

[x] Add new photos from 2023
[x] Clean up the speakers row (all the profile icons are pulled left and it looks weird)

And what were your thoughts on including photos from Bartek on this page? I saw you removed that part from the recap page. I'm not sure if that was because the photos were old or it was bad for the page.

Yeah there’s a badge image that’s supposed to go there. I’ll double check.

I removed the photos because the layout was broken and the photos were old but we can add some

This is looking good to me. Since this is staged at /recap/, it should be safe to merge any time you are ready.

When you are ready to swap this out to be our forever homepage, we just need to update the frontmatter in two of our homepage files.
