Replace Financial Aid with Opportunity Grants #46

  1. Strip a lot of trailing whitespace
  2. Replace all financial aid references with opportunity grants
  3. Drop the financialaid@ mailing list
  4. Add the program@ mailing list
  5. Add Black Python Devs to our outreach list
  6. concduct@ -> conduct@ (typo)
