[x] User should be able to input Task (mandatory field)
[x] User should be able to input Project (optional field)
[x] User should be able to Add task from Odoo. If user did not add his odoo account before it should initiate odoo login flow and after that open Add Odoo task screen.
[x] User should be able to go back
[x] Once user filled all necessary field "Add local task" button should became active
[x] Clicking on it will take him to the Main screen where he will be able to see his timer and start it

As a user I want to be able to add local tasks this will allow me to work offline without odoo
