5 years ago Of course I can, but it'd be very, very rough as there is so much I don't know about what the plans are. I'm starting later today..

In order to Create a job portal where skilled workers can find work in other countries, we want minimum viable product where Candidates can post their express entry ENNNNNNNNN id, date of Express Entry id, IELTS Score(Agg, R, W, L, S), Country of Citizenship, Top 3 skills (free tagging), Email, Phone, Linked in Profile, 300 word pitch, Year of Birth and Short Video. - either from Web or Mobile and resume in word format.
Individuals or immigration agents should be able to post details of their clients.
End users should be able to update their profiles via mobile or desktop.
Potential Employers should only be able to search on top 3 skills, IELTS Score and upon registration by employer (Will need Business Number, Business Name, Email, Phone, Contact Name, URL), they should be allowed to see candidate pitch, video and have a button that they can click to request resume.
There should be iPhone/android apps also that allow this functionality for candidates and employers. We will need to track analytics to get better statistics.
