There already is some code around this, but it's not accessible and things in the app have changed.

TODO:

[ ] check all existing (or missing) templates around password reset/update and update to be styled like the rest of the app
[ ] add tests for each
[ ] any emails need to be styled as other emails
[ ] add a way for a user to be able to access these views

For added context, we do expose the password reset on our login page (if you are logged out): https://staging-djangonaut-space.azurewebsites.net/accounts/login/

I think this was meant as a forgot password function initially.
