Present 2 packages side by side with brief descriptions.
Allow the person to select which package (of the two) they'd be more likely to use.
As they go through ALL the packages several times, they'll effectively sort the packages they see being the most important to them.
It's a way to familiarize yourself with the packages while getting a benefit from the site.
