Ability to hide packages (columns) from the grid #128

When viewing a grid with a large number of packages (e.g. the blogs grid), it would be useful to be able to hide packages (i.e. grid columns).

I was just comparing blog apps, and most of them don't suit my needs for one reason or another. Comparing good candidates would have been easier if I could have looked at a grid with just those packages.

This should be fairly easy to implement in JavaScript, but I'm not sure what would be a good UI for it.
