Rename "Other" category to "Library" #53

Just a suggestion… I think "other" sounds like it's not very well defined. "Library" is the term used to describe code that is imported into your code. That sounds like what you're looking for.

While I agree that "Other" is mildly awkward, I think "Library" is more confusing, since packages not in that category can technically also be considered libraries.
