Not essential for launch but needs doing before any tickets are sold. Some variation on https://www.djangoproject.com/conduct/ should do nicely

I added the same Code of Conduct we used for Django Girls (it's also the same as PyCon US / EuroPython). I also linked to it in the "about" section. Here it is: c1a418eef0c6632fad9242f8852af046753acfdd

I tweaked the text a little bit in ddf38458a62da51cc2e90ea180bf4e73ecdfc00d.

I also used a {% comment %} instead of an HTML comment for the contact info.
