Organize tasks and workflow

• we give a precise skeleton of the initial part of the project
• we start writing down the schedule
• understanding models interpretation

Workflow

• use the project view for better scheduling
• folders, notebooks & git hub labels for macroscopic tasks (understanding, clustering, classification, pattern mining)
• an issue for each particular strategy (KMEANS, DBSCAN, ... )

I will open the issues per sub-project: for now let's limit ourselves to understanding and clustering

Still have to organize folders tho

Folder structure makes importing the dataset annoying (change working directory every time).

Maybe the best choice is to place a (filled version of the) dataset in each task folder
