Groupby full_name in checkout #149

It seems that the PR #148 is also included here.

Policies: Remove/add a single migrations file called 0009_0_3_5_dev.py. This file contains the migrations to apply from released version 0.3.4. When we will release version 0.3.5, that migration file will be renamed 0009_0_3_5.py. Rationale: The only thing we are really interested in is not mess up an upgrade to a production system. If a developer has to blow her database after a git pull, that is an issue we are OK to live with.
