Actions don't work properly #4

Hi,

I love the extension, but unfortunately the actions are not properly working for me.

When I create a variable, a page or a bookmark, it takes some time until I can see/select them under actions.
After a reload or opening the app the actions are not acting. I have to manually go to the next page and back in order to make it work for 1 time.

Maybe it is because of our april 2019, patch 3 version.

I was able to reproduce the issue in Qlik Sense Feb2020. It is now fixed. I changed ng-if to ng-show to ensure that the DOM object is available when the EventListener will be added.

I will include it into version 0.1.6 of the Advanced-KPI object. It'll be uploaded later today.

I directly checked the new version. Unfortunately it seems that a new issue has appeared while the first one is fixed. The Actions do work fine in all Advanced KPI Objects that have already been placed in the app, but I cannot build a new one now. The Object doesn't initialise properly and says {{layout.prop.measure1.name}} {{layout.prop.measure1.fx}} Cannot go into its menu.

fixed with replaced 0.1.6 release. Please download the current 0.1.6 version

@dhirtdbsys What expression needs to be used in set a variable to change the value of selection
