Implement noise induction

Some ideas that I got while working on this and that I want to think about:

• Parameter to allow users define, how long a word needs to be before being augmented
• For usage, it is convenient to provide a string with multiple words, but for chaining and general usage I guess it would be better to provide a list of strings -> I decided to take a list of strings as an argument for the augmentation methods implemented in https://github.com/djaszak/NLPAug/commit/3fd203fde148e20d583540d771d898bf9e9aa6a9
