Aren't you going to add any footnotes?

That PR was more or less only to make it possible to add left footnotes. The plan is to add left footnotes to every chart, but do that later because there will be a loads of changes to covid_plot.py. I'll add them to this PR, so hold on with the merging. Good exercise to make more complicated mergers.... 😉 That PR should then be merged before I start with the titles, because that will be a really serious operation on covid_plot.py and involves also a little reordering, like to move the title parameter on top (after the data frame) of the plot_area calls...

@djay What should I call it... Original Sources? Actual Sources? Data Sources? Thai Data Sources? Thailand Data Sources? Thai Covid Data Sources? The plan is also to remove the "Thailand" from most titles to make them shorter.
