Add black theme #124 #131

It's not perfect yet, but in my eyes a big improvement. So, I would say ready to merge and we can fix the remaining minor things later. The white theme is still working with some minor hiccups, but might be time to get rid of it for good...

@modiholodri I think some parts are still too low contrast such as the titles and legends and footnotes. At the moment they are hard to read.
