build getting stuck (on get_case_details_csv?) #149

Seems to be still happening. Previously tried ensure that all mp processes had reset the timeouts. From logs it looks like its stalled https://github.com/djay/covidthailand/runs/3991800852?check_suite_focus=true def get_case_details_csv(): but web_files should all have timeouts set so its unclear why its stalled.

seems less of a problem lately so will close for now
