Seems like this page is now might be in the briefings since the 2021-10-20. We most likely can't parse the graph (but could manually enter past data?) But the bottom translates to

and if it appears every day then we have the daily data.

Still unclear if this is proactive tests or where else they get the number of negatives from?

This briefings video still doesn't explain it well but it appears to be related to the NHSO 8.5M free ATK that were distributed to each province.
