scrape ATK tests and positive rate (proactive?) #150

Seems like this page is now might be in the briefings since the 2021-10-20. We most likely can't parse the graph (but could manually enter past data?) But the bottom translates to

ยอดตรวจ ATK วันที่ 21 ต.ค. 64 จานวน 48,808 และยอดตรวจสะสม วันที่ 20 ส.ค. – 21 ต.ค. 64 จานวน 2,764,127
ยอดผลบวก ATK วันที่ 21 ต.ค. 64 จานวน 2,059 และยอดผลบวกสะสม วันที่ 20 ส.ค. – 21 ต.ค. 64 จานวน 176,086

and if it appears every day then we have the daily data.

Still unclear if this is proactive tests or where else they get the number of negatives from?

This briefings video still doesn't explain it well but it appears to be related to the NHSO 8.5M free ATK that were distributed to each province. It's not clear the procedure is for ensuring negative test results are recorded (QR code?) https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/2176115/nhso-gears-up-to-hand-out-atks

They also seem to have extra slides in the briefing with details per province which is not included in the pdf. image

now scraping it but need to find a source for the older values since can't type it in from the pic.

In addition there are some other plots shown sometimes like 2021-11-24
