Split plot file #200

I think this time history should be preserved. At least with git log --follow and git blame -C

@reduxionist this is interesting. How I did it this time resulted in github blame working as well which is nice. https://github.com/djay/covidthailand/blame/plot_split5/covid_plot_tests.py
