Prisons/Imported missing in Regions table #201

An entry for prisons/imported is missing in the Regions table. It could be shown as a single line similar to a region heading without any sub-provinces.

I've added it the regions_stacked but not into the table yet

Will have a go next getting the region totals/trends into the table along with the imported and prisons
