The colors still look a little bit poisoned when stacked, but it's not easy to find a good middle way... cases_region_stacked_3

Actual colors in the Vaccinated by Region plot are wrong but not because of the region colors.... vac_region_2_3

Provinces are now in different colors based on the base color of a region...
