FutureWarning message #199

Hi MDAnalysis team,

Recently, when I have been using MDAnalysis with the 2.7.8 version I get a 
warning that is the following:

/usr/remote/python/2.7.8/lib/python2.7/site-packages/MDAnalysis/analysis/align.p
y:215: FutureWarning: comparison to `None` will result in an elementwise object 
comparison in the future.
  b.shape[0], rot, weights)

Would it be possible to do something for this ...

Hi Ardita,

I had the same error after I upgraded numpy to 1.9. 
I simply downgraded it to 1.8  and the problem is gone.
