Create an administrative section of the website.

Features

• [ ] View, add, and remove existing users
• [ ] Approve new user requests
• [ ] Send messages to all users, or specific users (email?)
• [ ] Suspend users (Set number of days or permanent, enter reason)
• [ ] Manage suspensions
• [ ] Block out dates and times as restricted from scheduling
• [ ] Adjust regular blocked times

Django already has an administrative interface built-in. We should see if it meets our needs before building something from scratch.

Obviously, any interface for dealing with the schedule will have to be created, but user management is probably already adequate.
