Unusual new error code #36

Using the latest version of GHPF, which has worked perfectly for three years, 
I'm suddenly seeing the following error in the GoogleHashUpdater.log
for some...but not all...users:

Failed to update password: Execution of request failed: 
https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/mnpsk12.org/user/2.0/zacharyjohnson2

Nothing has changed in my environment...any ideas?

I don't think anyone is managing this project any longer.  I haven't seen posts 
since 2011.
