Environment/creatures reference (3:41) (cuts into second video in playlist) - Pans environment to show a range creepy characters in the witch world

Brewing Mechanics (16:31) - Choose ingredients from a shelf to fill 3 slots: base, primary, and secondary. Coffees are created off of a set recipe list where you can make a number of drinks with the same ingredients.
Day/night cycle (2:03:50) - Customers appear/disappear with the ring of a bell. Silhouettes walk by in the window. Each day ends with a loading screen and starts with an intro sequence.
Camera pans (2:31:13) - Camera can pan left/right to different customers

Scoring orders - service quality is averaged across multiple categories. tips are rewarded based on service quality
Customer ranks - when a customer is satisfied you will earn a star for that customer. Customers with more stars order more quickly, tip better, and give more experience points
Unlocking customers - at certain player ranks, you will unlock new customers

Notes:

service quality is average of other percent categories. in our game, this could be:
- service quality = (waiting percent x accuracy percent) / 2
tips are rewarded when the order is handed out, depending on service quality
certain customers have certain favorite orders. by unlocking new characters you unlock new orders to make
