Update favicon, document title, etc. #27

Small changes to make before the first release:

[ ] Use a (open source) bucket icon as the favicon, rather than the default react
[ ] Update the document.title from 'Bucket List' to Hit the Bucket
[ ] Possibly also change the colour scheme - not sure if this is a separate issue
