Add theming for Auto Game collections #3

Added logos and "console" images for the auto collections (favorites, recent, all).

Either taken from free resources or modified heavily. Sometimes both. Made the logo texts from scratch using GIMP and outline pixel font.

Need to rework the Recent background icon. Closing for now.

Hey, I checked your branch out to use on my system and I am getting an error message that it can't find pixel.xml. Looks like theme.xml is still referring to it by <include>./../pixel.xml</include> even though it's been moved up a directory to the root.

I also see <path>./../art/systemback.png</path> on line 13 in the same file, which seems incorrect too.
