Change order of description and link in output Only add location if really available, ignoring html text "Es ist keine Adresse vorhanden."

Fixes #9

Ah, I did not manage to run the unittests locally, think they need to be adapted. Sorry 😢

I changed the ci build workflow to also run for pull requests so we will see test results centrally.
