Turn on when setting mode and HACS compatibility

This pull request applies the following changes:

• also power on the device, when setting a hvac or fan mode (see https://github.com/djbulsink/panasonic_ac/issues/6, comment by user rest77)
• makes the integration compatible with the Home Assistant Community Store (so it can be installed via the UI) by introducing a better folder structure)

I'm afraid my old commits were all added to the list as well. I manually fixed the last commit to upstream master before applying my additional changes.
