WIP: Added preset mode #9

Added the present_mode methods, not working yet.

I found out that the set ecomode was not implemented in the pcomfortcloud library . I made a pr for this https://github.com/lostfields/python-panasonic-comfort-cloud/pull/6 . So we have to wait before that fixed is released.
