Template doesn't handle URL encoded & in meeting title #6

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a meeting URL with %26 in the title. Example: http://arewemeetingyet.com/Brisbane/2014-03-15/22:00/Q%26A
  2. Click 'Use as template'
  3. The title field should contain & and not %26
