Does not clear topic line when the "/topic" is removed. #110

/topic #channel foobar Now remove the topic, with another IRC client: /raw topic #rss : Might need to use: /quote instead of /raw, depends on the IRC client.

The IRC client will still show "#channel foobar" for the channel window thing. The IRC client is suppose to show "#channel".
