Make a cleanup in the CSS code

I've started to contribute to Komanda, but it's a bit strange.

Komanda is a embedded app, so why do you fix some bugs for IE in the CSS? You can remove a lot of code!

You run on node-webkit, so the only one render engine tu support is... Blink.

So, all prefix, all fonts, all IE fix can be removed and improve the CSS code.

Yea, I talked about this before in the komanda irc channel. It's just a habit I have from years of design work.. been meaning to clear it out but haven't had time.

i would, i made some of a clean up in my theme but the rest should be done too
