[mu4e rfe] Warn when sending a message with an empty subject #2679

I'm fairly sure (though correct me if I'm wrong) that in earlier mu/mu4e versions, I would get a warning when trying to send a message with an empty subject. Now, with version 1.12, this no longer seems to be the case.

Would it be possible to restore this behaviour, or, if I'm mistaken and it never existed in the first place, would it be possible to implement it? Thanks!
