GCW0 / RG350 changes #6

Hello,

I propose this pack of changes in order to provide better support for opendingux GCW0 / RG350 devices. => Everything is under "RG350" dedicated compilation option and should not impact other builds.

I hope that you will accept to merge it in your awesome emulator. A binary is available in the fork releases.
