Spartak for symbian claims draw illegally. #6

Spartak on symbian s60v3 claims a draw after repeating moves twice
instead of the correct 3 move repetition.This is illegal and wrecks the game.
Please FIX this djdron or if you can't just remove Spartak's ability to claim
draw altogether. Spartak does this consistently and it never waits for moves to 
be repeated 3 times by both sides.
 As a side comment please add unlimited takeback and/or takeforward
the ability to switch sides and more levels if possible.

I need to add that I have played Spartak for symbian against other computer 
programs
to verify the illegal draw and none of the other programs claim a draw
when spartak does because it does not wait for 3 moves to be 
repeated by both sides before claiming a draw. All other chess programs don't
have this issue
