Add isChess960 param to MoveStr for Chess960 castling rules
Update UCIManager to use IsChess960OptionSet flag
Modify methods to apply Chess960 rules using isChess960 param
Pass isChess960 param in SearchPrincipalVariation and UCIInfo
Minor code formatting and comments for clarity
