patterndb updates #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Confusing failure messages during install while running pdbtool tests due 
to minor issues, does not effect operation.  Attached patch will fix 12 
failiures, but there will still be 9 outstanding failures after patch.
2. Two seemingly incorrect patterns in patterndb:
    a. Extraneous leading 'asdf' in class 4 pattern, pattern passes test after removal.
    b. Duplicate use of s1 in class 46 pattern, pattern passes test after removal

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I deleted my last comment.  The patch was only applied to branch 1.5 in r1174.  
It was not applied to trunk.
