Cordova 4, wkwebview keyboard auto focus broken #97

This isn't an issue with ionic-filter-bar per se, but I do not know of a work around.

Specifically KeyboardDisplayRequiresUserAction is not presently supported in cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine. It does work in the Telerik version, but that does not support Cordova 4.
