Update README to use Qt4 on macOS #47

Homebrew now uses Qt5 - adding the qt4 tap allowed me to run and use audio-visualizer-python.

The current development branch is feature-newgui and it is no longer based on Qt4, we are now using Qt5. Please try installing from that branch, and we will be happy to merge any installation instructions that might be out of date for that particular branch. Commits made to master will not be merged.
