Allow booting in UEFI mode #3

Currently it is only possible to boot in legacy mode where the syslinux/isolinux boot loader is used. As the project already contains a grub EFI binary, it should be easily possible to provide UEFI mode support.

TODO

make sure, grub offers the same boot options as isolinux
add EFI options to mkisofs command
add EFI options to isohybrid command
