currently, in case of running SA and VVP analysis, for all input config location, we have a same name which prevent us to submit concurrent SA and VVP analysis for different locations,
we need to re-structure the current design in order to have location name as the part of analysis folder
for example, instead of having flee_SA_SCSampler when we submit a SA analysis for mali, we should have flee_SA_SCSampler_mali
