very minor documentation update in /doc/hardware/bio2-sub-io-turntable-bypass-cable.md
Description
The doc currently states that IO-2 cabinets are subject to TT input issues caused by the effector panel IO, which is incorrect. IO2 cabinets have the turntables directly connected to the IO-2 itself or the BIO2 relay board, like D01. However unlike D01, they share a connector with other I/O. Only C02 cabs, which are those manufactured before the PC based hardware was introduced, have the TT input issues.
The other changes are just informative and minor.

This can be verified in the cabinet manuals. I also have access to hardware to verify.
