Merges polarmanne-irbeat-patch -> master

Other MR, https://dev.s-ul.net/djhackers/bemanitools/-/merge_requests/130, got trashed by GitLab and cannot be merged anymore for some unknown reason. Easier to have a new MR and merge this one instead. I changed the author accordingly.
