Chunithm Paradise IP BAD on startup #15

When starting Chunithm Paradise, during the network test the IP will show BAD after a minuet or two even though Minime is running in the background. Chunithm Crystal Plus with the same configuration did not have the problem. Minime doesn't show receiving any requests during the network test.

Strangely, if after the network test fails, I go into the operator menu and do a network test, it completes with no issues and I am able to use all online functionality.

check if exists ICF1 in /amfs If not, grab one from previous data.

Try starting the start batch as administrator.

Tried both of the above, I have ICF1, and I ran as admin. Still BAD IP until I do a network test.

Figured it out, it was me being an idiot. In my segatools.ini, I set it to look in the wrong spot for amfs, appdata, and option... whoops, user error.
