Fix make dist failing - [merged]

_Merges distfix -> master

Make dist still referenced some left over files from prior to the API rewrite, resulting in the script failing to copy non existant files. This MR also adds the missing idzhook.md to the doc.zip.

Can confirm it fixes the problem. Was able to patch manually and no longer threw errors.
